Paola Antonelli: “Material Ecology: Designs for a Better Future”
Guest Lecturer
Paola Antonelli is Senior Curator of Architecture & Design and founding Director of Research & Development at MoMA. She has curated shows, written books, lectured worldwide, and taught in several schools, including Harvard and UCLA. Her work investigates design in all its forms, from architecture to video games, often expanding its reach to include overlooked objects and practices aiming to promote design’s understanding, until its positive influence on the world is universally acknowledged.

The system of connections between the physical body, the tools and the objects of action will be explored as an environment based upon and generating networks of complex relationships. Test case: The Bamboo Pavilion project, Bezalel.
Prof. Tamar Elor is member of the scientific and exhibition committee of MUZA. She is the Sarah Ellen Shaine chair in Sociology and Anthropology at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
